You'll have to use Raylight. Your BEST option, IMO, is to convert them to .mxf files in Premiere.

I think once you export it as MXF Vegas will open it natively.
I'm assuming Spot meant as mpeg-2 (XDCAM EX) in a MXF wrapper. If all else fails you could export out of Ppro as uncompressed if you can tolerate the file size.
The Raylight software you have will work with native DVCPRO-HD files, but you need the other DVFilm product, Raylight Decoder, to work with DVCPRO-HD files created on a Mac.
