There could be several reasons for this to happen. Your information is limited but I'll try anyway...
Some things that might help you to get back on track again:
1) The problems with Nero (e.g. Illegal Blocksize issue) sometimes seem to have to do with the reallocation of the VIDEO_TS structure upon adding.
Don't know what exactly is causing the problem (who's to blame here) but the solution I've found to cure it is using ImgTool from www.coujo.de . This freeware tool uses the Nero API to burn DVD/CD and has a setting to * disable the VIDEO_TS structure reallocation*. This worked for me :)
2) Make sure you are using the latest Nero Burning Rom (v5.5.10.28). It has been repeatedly reported in several newsgroups that several earlier version had problems following the DVD video specs when burning.
3) Have you tried another standalone DVD player? Your current DVD player may be one of the players that need a DVD with 'compatibility bit' setting in order to play them properly. More info can be found at: http://www.dvdplusrw.org/resources/compatibilitylist_dvdvideo.html

Thank you for a quick answer. You're right (fail to realloction) i'm ignored all the error then i burn it, it work but it only play on pc. My DVD standalone player is panasonic CV52. Any suggestion to fix this. Does Imgtool help, if i'm use it?...
I had the same problem 123 has. DVDA just did not want to burn the disk as it complained about a wrong block size or something (can't remember the exact message). So, I only prepared the DVD on harddisk (which seems to works fine) and decided to burn the disk using Nero. However, Nero didn't want to add the files to the DVD disk for reasons pointed out in my earlier post. After that I tried to find some more information on the issue and came across ImgTool...
What I really would like to know is why DVDA does create a harddisk based DVD without probs but can't burn it afterwards.
BTW Sonic DVDIt SE couldn't cope with the harddisk based DVD created by DVDA either.
I like DVDA a lot but preparing and burning of disks needs to be flawless and we do need END ACTIONS asap!
I have the same error with Nero everytime, I ignored the error but had different results with two different projects from DVDA, one actually played in various standalones DVD players and PC, whilst the other only played on PC. Problem applies to both DVD+RW , DVD-R/-RW.
On important reason for my using NERO, instead of DVDA to make DVDs is that I often archive data used on the project (logos, CD-label designs, menu clips and pictures, etc) in the root directory of the DVD. DVDA does not allow for this. From my experience with a handful of standalone players, if it plays DVD-R or DVD+RW at all, then it will probably play it even if there are additional directories in the root directory of the DVD.

I have asked Sonic Foundry about this and I got this answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing.
You will need to contact Nero to find out what these error messages mean.
DVD Architect does create standard VOB and IFO files, so I do not think that
the issue is with our software.

I also got this answer from Ahead about NERO:
Dear Customer,
You need to add larger size files other than2kb, I would suggest to use the sonic foundry Software to record your video. After using so many programs to encode the video will cause the File to be corrupt.

I guess this is not an important issue for either team at this time.
Anyboby got any ideas on how to solve the problem in the meantime?
Just for reference, I have created about 60 DVDs using Vegas+DVD and NERO 5.
I create the video/audio in Vegas, port it out to DVD-A, create menus, etc, then create the disc to the hard drive. From there, I can add "DVD-ROM" folders with additional information and support files. For instance, I create nice covers in Photoshop for the Amaray cases that I keep my DVDs in, and rather than store the PSD files somewhere else, why not keep them on the same disc? When there's room, that is, but even a 50 MB Photoshop file is small in terms of DVD file sizes.
Anyway, using NERO 5's "DVD-Video" template, I originally did get some errors. Not errors, really--NERO refused to burn the disc! This is a problem I never encountered under Ulead's DVD WOrkshop, but DVD-W and DVD-A seem to create VOBs in a very different way (DVD-A creates a LOT of smaller asset files, whereas DVD-W creates a few huge ones).
However, when I realized that the difference between NERO's "DVD-ROM" and "DVD-Video" tempates is essentially that it creates the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders for you automatically, I just started using the ROM template, dragging in the folders created by DVD-A, plus whatever else I want to add, and it burns fine to a DVD-R. I've had absolutely no compatibility problems on either an Apex or Pioneer players (both ends of the price spectrum) using this technique and a Pioneer A04 DVD-R burner.
Now I hear that NERO has fixed the issue with more recent versions (free update on their website). I haven't bothered to upgrade because nothing is failing using this method.
I thought I'd post this because there seems to be a general tone that "this doesn't work" and "why do it that way." It DOES work, and there are reasons not to burn directly from DVD-A.
You can burn to hard disk and save the NERO NRI files and data to large-capacity storage and then burn extra copies of your discs at will without having to keep 30 GB of source files around.
It works but it AINT 100% compatible!
Try playing your dvd's in several JVC players....... guess what.....
The DVD starts, the menu shows.
But the highlighting (which shows the current menu button) doen NOT work!
I once took the DVD to a mediashop and tried it on about 50 dvd-players.
The dvd only played right on about 80% of the players.......
(Sony, jvc, pioneer, cheap, cheaper cheapest......)
All those 50 player played the DVD made with Ulead DVD workshop WITHOUT any problems!
go figure.....
Sonicfoundry: PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM THOROUGHLY...
If you guys fix this problem then DVD-A is the onlything to use from that point on.
And SHOW some support, get involved in this forum, REPLY please!

The lastest version of Nero ROM (v 5.5.10.35, as of this date) still generates the File Allocation Error with DVDA produced projects, but Nero gives you the option to ignore the error and proceed. While I have only burned a handfull of discs (DVD+R/RW), they have all played in the DVD video players I've tried. I've been using the nero DVD-Video disc buirn option.
BTW, my Dell OEM version of the NEC ND-1100A (which is unsupported by DVDA) burns DVD+Rs with the Book Type = DVD-ROM. A DVD-ROM Book Type written to a DVD+R disc helps with compatibility on older DVD video players, that just abort the play attempt when they see a Book Type that they don't understand (e.g., DVD+R).
And Yes, I'd also like SoFo to look into why DVDA authored projects produce this error message in Nero, and post something to this group about it.
