I can only get architect2 working if I uninstall the file 'main controllers' in 'IDE/ATAPI controllers in 'Device Manager'. Obviously this is no good since I can no longer access the Sony CD CRX230E and Sony DVD DW-U14A. How Do I fix this problem? Is it software or hardware incompatability? I'm running a comp. with specs: AMD Athlon 64 2ghz; Asustek K8V motherboard; 1gb ram; 80 & 200 maxtor SATA HD's; NVIDIA Geforce FX 5600 graphics card; Windows XP Home. I have uninstalled Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD, tried reloading software, rebooting etc.If there is anyone out there running an AMD 64 machine successfully with Sony Architect & Vegas let me know your config. Meanwhile anyone with asolution....?
