I get the following error code immediatley after I register the software.

"The Application could not start. Please ensure that you have enough free memory and systems resources.
Error Code :0*8004e00a,startup code; 2."

I have tried rebooting unsuccessfully.
I have 1gb of memory and 40gb hard drive on a pentium 4 running XP Pro.

Can someone help?
