DVD Architect 4.5a

Cannot burn a DVD in any mode from 4.5 or 4.5a. I am using DVD-R disc's. Get an error message that states I have a IOCTL error.
Says that the interface or drive is configured incorrectly.

It worked at one time.
I can burn from all the other software programs.

If I'm not mistaken I believe you'll find answers searching online (google etc.) or in this DVDA forum.

Sorry I can't/couldn't be more specific re: a cure -- all I can do is point out what I've seen posted from time to time... I've never burned a disc from anything but burning programs & that's going back to before SoFo Vegas 2 beta, so I've personally never seen or dealt with this.

That said, I just used Google with keyword: "sfmmcx" & received 196 results. "DVDA burn error" got 1570... If memory serves I've had similar results with other keywords from error messages posted in the forum.
