DVD Architect install problem

I recently purchased Movie Studio Platinium after running the trial software fopr a while. I found that the main Vegas Movie component installed okay and is working fine, and that the DVD Architect component installs but doesn't ask for the DVD Architect serial number so I can't run it. Any ideas, I have uninstalled it many times, scrubbed the registry clean and reinstalled with no luck.

The DVD is installing DVD Architect but somehow it always thinks its the trial version and won't let me enter the serial number. Any suggestions to fix this would be much appreciated.

Help->Enter Serial Number

If that option isn't available, contact Customer Service through the support link at the top of this page.

I can't get to the help as a dialog demanding payment is in the way. I've submitted a question to customer care, waiting for a response.

Does anyone know if there's a secret key combination or something to allow the serial number to be entered and unlock the program?

Problem solved, if you pretend to purchase the product again there's a registration option that presents itself. Sorry, I made the mistake for reading the instructions. Thanks.

If you ever get stuck again, choosing the "register by phone" option will let you pass through the popup.
