DVD Architect Pro 5.2

I have just purchased Vegas Pro 10 and with it came Architect Pro 5.2. I installed both and did the registration/activation thing. All went well with Vegas Pro 10 but when I tried to register/activate Architect Pro 5.2 I kept getting the following message ;

The server was unable to complete the registration as requested. [-32]

I tried to register using another computer as suggested but the same error mesage came up. I turned off the Firewall etc had no other programs running on the computer I installed Pro 5.2 on and tried again but the same error message appeared. The O/S is Windows 7, 64bit version. Can anyone help me sort this problem, I use the software regularily and cant really afford the down time. My thanks in advance, regards Stew

Hi, yes I contacted Sony and currently havean ongoing question/answer session going on. I apparently made a mistake with the serial number I mistook a S for a 5 but corrected that carried out a clean installation and still have the same problem with registration. I can not even use the trial program to get the software running and then enter the serial number and register that way. I have run ot of ideas as to what to try next.
