DVD Architect Studio 4.5 license ???

I had a trial of Vegas Movie Studio Platinium 8.0 which I decided to buy. The documentation states that it includes DVD Architect Studio 4.5.

When I selected "Make Movie" and choose the "Burn it to DVD" I was told that "DVD Architect Studio" was not installed !!!

Downloaded "DVD Architect Studio 4.5" and installed it but now it wants a "1D2-..." license to activate. When I bought Vegas Movie Studio Platinium I only received a "1GH-..." license.

When do I get the "DVD Architect Studio 4.5" license? Or am I missing something here?

I bought VMS8 plat edition (download). I received an email with in it three licence keys: one for Vegas Movie Studio, one for DVDA and one for Newblue FX.

(When I bought the boxed version of VMS6, I remember, the keys were printed in the manuals.)

How long did it take to receive the email with the keys?

I bought a VMS8-PE license from within the trial version and I did not received any email so far (2 hours later). The VMS-PE trial version automatically got activated with a valid serial number by the online purchase process.

I know the automatically assigned serial number is valid because I de-installed the trial and installed the VMS-PE from the patch download section and when it asked me for the serial number, I used the key the online purchase process assigned to VMS-PE trial.

I received the email immediately after ordering (and paying with my credit card).

Ok, scroll to the top of this page. There is a menu there, and one of the items is 'My Account'. Click on it and then select 'My software'. On that page, you will see a list of software you have licenses for. In my case, I see four of them: VMS6, DVDA3, VMS8 and DVDA4.5.
In that list, I also see the serial numbers for each of the programmes. On that same page, you also have the opportunity to claim missing products.

Thanks for the pointer. I now have the missing serial number.
