DVD architect won't pick up audio

After rendering different video projects in Movie Studio I add them to DVD Architect but when I preview only the video plays no audio.

You need to render your AC3 audio as a separate file with the same name.
It will open in Architect when you add the video file.

I had the same problem and found this topic. It sounded good, but how do you extract the audio file?

I have soundforge 9.0d build 232, and architect studio 4.5

Sound forge opened the video file, but without any audio. There is no option to extract the audio that I can find.

You don't 'extract' it. You render a separate audio file within Vegas.
