What "locks up"? DVDA, the DVD burner, the DVD player, your PC?

The preview in DVDA works with no problems. After I burn the dvd it locks up on both dvd player and pc

try a different media - you should always rehearse your first burn run on a read/re-write disc to iron out presentation issues. Once that looks good - then start a burn to your chosen media.

I appears like when I use a m2t format on a regular dvd that sometime during the dvd play back it will lock up the video usually close to the end of the video. If I use the mpg format I have no problems. I just thought that if I use the m2t format I just might get a little better video even tho it takes longer in dvda because it has to re-render the file.

per the instructions of your software - only feed DVDAPro compliant audio and video streams. All video on a DVD is Mpeg2
