I have searched the postings and found several recommendations but I am still not able to burn with my DVD2A Studio. The device is greyed out. I have the current firmware for the drive and motherboard, I have tried switching the IDE cable and locations, I deleted RecordNow and DLA, etc. etc. etc. and it is still not working.

Does anyone have any recommendations...I e-mail tech support 4 days ago and haven't heard a single word from them.
