DVD burning method

I created a menu DVD with video architect 1.0: One menu page with one link to watch the movie (30 min.).
I transformed the video files (PAL) in MPEG2 and the audio files in Wav 48khz with Vegas 4.0.
I prepared the DVD with DVDArchitect. And, as I usaully do, I started to burn the DVD with Nero Express. But this time it didn't worked!!! Ner o is saying: "Reallocation file failed. If you continue the DVD may not be playable in the DVD players".
So I decided to burn with DVDArchitect. And DVDA acccepted to burn. But the DVD is not readable. The computer see it as a blank disc and my DVD player does not even recognize it.

So I decided to burn again with Nero Express (the files prepared with DVDA), but as a DATA DISC. And Nero accepted. And the disc is readable by my computer and also by my player (my palyer is a Samsung that can read DVD R, DVD RW, CD, CD RW)
But I tried with another DVD player and it doesn't work.

My questions are:
1 - What's wrong with my project? Why Nero give me that message of error? Why DVDA accpet to burn for after that the DVD not be readable at all?
2 - Is the fact to burning a DVD with Nero as a DATA CD affect the compatibility of the DVD (in a way that it is not really a DVD but a CD!!???)

Thank you for the help

Burn with Nero as a DVD-Video, ignore the error message. There was a bug in DVDA 1 that caused it to do filesizes wrong, and Nero complains about it, but I've never known it to actually result in a faulty disc. Frankly, I'm surprised you never got the error message before. Anyhow, everytime this happened to me, the resulting disc played fine.

This is fixed in DVDA 2.0.
