I'm looking for some very basic DVD copyright protection without adding other programs. I'm currently using DVDA Architect Studio 4.5d (no CP) with VMSP 9d. .
DVD Architect Pro 5.0b has various CP protection options available.
You are not close to a solution here.
The flags available in DVDA Pro 5.x only set flags for replicators, they do not add encryption.
That being true, there is no protection possible using any of the current protection schemes. If it can be written, it can be copied.
CopyRIGHT protection? In the USA you are automatically granted this simply by producing the work. You can file for a registered copyright with the US Copyright office at the Library of Congress. There's nothing technical about it in the slightest. It's just a legal issue.
If you're asking about copy protection, then don't even bother looking. There's no copy protection scheme available that can't be trivially broken by just about anyone with just about zero effort. It's a waste of time and money to even attempt it.
