I have been using DVD Architect on a P 4 Sony Vaio, 2.4 gh, 512 gig ram. The computer came bundled with a first generation Pioneer 104 1X dvd burner. All has been working fine with that system. Recently I decided to try & upgrade to a faster burner. I have tried a Pioneer 107 internal 8x burner, an external Lacie 8x double layer capacity burner and now a Pioneer external DVR -S706 8x burner. All are not recognized by DVD Architect when I try and make a dvd and burn previously created files. I have upgraded the bios for this unit and am now at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get DVD A to work with a faster dvd drive?
