A DVD is a standard definition (720x480 or 720x576) video, Dorita. There is no such thing as a 144x1080 DVD.

BluRay discs are high-definition video, and would accommodate a 1440x1080 video.

Technically, you can also burn BluRay video files to a DVD disc. But then it's no longer a DVD video, and it can only be played on a BluRay disc player.
