DVD Freezes at chapter marks

Hi, I burned a DVD (5 actually) tried 2 different projects but when I skip chapters on testing on a DVD Player it freezes the image but the audio does keep playing, any ideas of what is happening and how to work it out?

Have you tried different DVD players? Are the chapters a continuous video or are they separate videos?
