DVD has no audio on optical audio output.

I made several DVD's in MovieFactory from MPEG2's that I created in Vegas Video.

Everything works well, except I have had a few customers report that when they play the DVD in a high end DVD with optical audio cable, that there is no audio. When they switch to the RCA audio, there is sound.

Any clue what is up with this?

You might want to search for a compatibility test article last fall at DV.com as well as checking out their DVD forum. Depending on the type of DVD burner & the brand of media, can have problems playing on various eqipment.
