Do not see how you import a DVD in Vegas 20 as it is not in drop down menu in Import.

In V19 you can enable it in Legacy preferences. See if V20 has that. If not, there are other ways to import that we can post or link to instructions.

IIRC if you drag just the .ifo file to the timeline the whole DVD comes in.

I always just copy the contents of the DVD to the hard drive and then drag the proper IFO file to the timeline. No need for "importing" or turning on deprecated features.
