Dvd play back made with DVD architect

I rendered 3 avi videos to mpeg2 DVD format to prepare a dvd with DVD Architect. After preparing and finishing the first clip, I played it back in my DVD player and it worked BUT I noticed that, whenever I press the skip button on the remote controller, it doesn't skip like most DVD does it can only fast forward and I see a "hand" icon displaying that DVD can't be skipped on the t.v screen. I burn the other two videos and still having the skipping problem. Can anyone tell me why I can't skip my DVDs? It's very important to me b/cuz I'm doing my first wedding for a client and I wanna prepare a dvd for her. Thanks

Depends on what your "skip" button does. On my remote the "skip" button is actually a "next chapter" button, so if I don't put multiple chapters in my DVD, then there's no "next chapter" to "skip" too (my lou, my darlyn').

So I'd try putting in chapter points/marks and see if this helps your skipping.

Thanks Scott
I'll try the chapter points/marks and I guess u do that by just placing marker points on video's timeline?
