DVD playback in Windows

How do I play a DVD burned to a "Video TS" folder in windows? Does Media Player do this?

I never use Media Player, so I don't know, but there are many DVD players available. The two most popular are probably WinDVD and PowerDVD.

It won't if you don't have a software DVD player installed.
Try either VLC or Media Player Classic.
