dvd players run dvds at double speed

DVD architect used for non menu authoring after importing file as usual but this time the dvd runs at double speed in any dvd player but plays normally on a computer!!!

This happens after burning the disc with both DVD Architect software and by IMG burn so problem cannot be in the burning

Is this a glitch in DVD Architect so that I have to reinstall it?

Any advice appreciated.

Your DVDA project properties, including frame rate, must be set correctly. The program does not do this for you.

True double-speed on a set-top player can only be set by the firmware of the player -or the unit has since become defective. Try a burned disc of a whole different project to see if you get this result.

Most likely - you are talking about the source being double frame rate which is what you have to check in your authoring workflow.
