I am using Movie Studio 8.0 and I also have a program that rips DVDs.

What I want to do is Take some clips from DVDs I own and put them into a project in Movie Studio.

So I was thinking that when I rip my dvd to a File Format I should rip them to AVI Files.

Or should I rip my DVD to MPEG 2 file Format?
I want to have the best qwlity Video so when I put the clips in my project it want look Grannny.

So shold I use AVI or MPEG2
