DVD Rom = Can deliver higher frame rate than CDrom?
I ask because someone wants a prototype of some multimedia I am working on. I want to be able to get higher frame rate and better audio on it, but the computer might choke. Does putting a regualr .mov or avi movie on a DVD Rom mean it will play back more efficiently?
