DVD Start UP? Someone Help!!

I did a wedding using vegas4 then imported using mpeg2. I did the menu, why does it start up playing the background music and not the menu? Why does it do this. Can someone help? Thanks in advance?

Did you place the background music as introductory media?

yes I did, I also used the wedding theme and added a clip. Would that make it play the music first? I then have to go to the control on my dvd player and push menu then it will go to the front. I would like it to start from the beginning of the menu with the music playing in the background. Can you help me? Thanks.

Anything placed in Introductory Media will play first - through completion. Once it has completed, the menu will appear.

You should just add an audio track to the menu screen, its on the right side of the screen, you just need to paste the location or browse to the location of your .wav file, and that will give you music in the background.

How do you do an introductery media? When It starts up it gives the blue screen, Do I insert a menu? with the wav track?

Introductory Media is set under File - Properties.
