Yep. Those are your prepared files.

I actually like them because they save a finished version of your DVD files to your hard drive for archiving. Then, if you want to make multiple copies of your DVD, all you have to do is use a program like ImgBurn to burn the VIDEO_TS folder to a disc and, in about 10 minutes, you've got a DVD!

Can you just Burn the VIDEO-TS folder to Disc the same way you would copy and past files to disc you want to burn or do you have to use imageburn?

I recommend ImgBurn for a number of reasons -- not the least of which is because it's free. It also will verify your disc burn, which can greatly improve your chances that the disc will play on nearly all home disc players.

Just select the option to Burn Folder and select the VIDEO_TS folder.

No, that will not work, as it won't create a player-compatible disc. You can use DVDA to do the job, but it will not verify the burn.
