DVD video to the timeline

Is it possible to import DVD video to the timeline in Movie Studio HD? I have a LOT of video on DVD that I need to import. If not, is there a compatible third-party plug-in that could make that happen? Thanks in advance for any help and please make your answers really easy as I am by no stretch of the imagination good at this. I use the 'show me how button' a LOT!

File->Import->DVD Camcorder Disc.

I use VideoReDo Plus for this, however.

I assume you are talking about non-copyrighted video.

Yes, but ... using that option may have problems. That option was designed to import the mini-DVD disks used in some camcorders. If you try to import a "normal" sized (home made) DVD you may find that Vegas will split the import and you will have tiny gaps.
