DVDA 4.5 Crash

I am working on a project with ac3 sound. As I am nearing its completion, I burn it to DVD to see what it looks and sounds like on a television. To do this I have been using DVD Architect Pro 4.5a in single movie mode. All worked fine until I added the chapter points (markers) in Vegas Pro, ready for when I build menus. The project will not now load into DVD Architect when in single movie mode, DVDA crashes immediately. (It will however load if the ac3 file is given a different name and loaded after the mpeg (with chapter markers) has been loaded). If I re-render the mpeg without chapter markers or rename/delete the marker file, the files loads fine. When I load the same files (with chapter markers) into DVD Architect 4.0 in single movie mode all works well. Is this a known bug with DVD Architect Pro 4.5a?
Also, the same mpeg (with chapter markers) and ac3 sound loads into DVDA 4.5 without a problem when DVDA is in Menu based mode.
Sony techies suggest that I uninstall and then re-install DVDA. Before I do that, has anyone else any suggestions.

Thanks

I imagine it often helps the SCS techs to make sure it is a problem, then try to duplicate it to figure out what's going wrong... AFAIK remove and reinstall is pretty standard, though it never hurts to ask. ;?P

Haven't experienced the problem myself, but then I wouldn't because my workflow is different.
