I'm looking for sample projects for DVD4 (the install disc comes with 3 sample projects).

Are there any resources online that provide additional download-able examples or training material? I typically use this software (Vegas) (and now DVDA4) once or twice a year (at home), so I'm looking for the no-expense route.
