DVDA Crashes with Vista 64 bit

I just upgraded my PC and going to make my first disc with the PC when I click Make DVD system hangs and just gives me Not Responding. I have latest DVDA software, updates, etc. This is horrible, I am completely stuck and could use some help if anyone else has seen this.

Can you burn a DVD using some other program? That would help narrow down the problem.

I posted on this a couple of days ago. I am still 32 bit and the fault just apeared without any obvious change to computer setup. I assume your trouble like me is that you cant get to the 'Prepare' dialog either. The only help I can give is that if you leave it long eneough (ten to fifteen minutes ) it will work. Crazy????
