Stand by. I'm downloading and will test. The release notes have this - gives me a bit of hope:

"2.0 What's New
Notable fixes/changes in version 5.2 (Build 133)

* Fixed a bug that could prevent Blu-ray Disc projects from preparing in some circumstances.
"

Boy, do I have this exact problem!

Wish me luck ...

Steve

Where did you get that from? When I download the release notes they are dated September 2010.

Hi;

In my sonycreative login, went to My Software, clicked on the DVDA 5.2 link, takes me to this page:
http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/updates/dvdarchitectpro
(I think you can also get to it by searching)
Then clicked on the link to Release Notes:
http://sony-911.vo.llnwd.net/dspcdn/releasenotes/dvdarchitectpro52_readme_enu.htm

BTW, I'm cautiously optimistic. I installed build 133 on top of build 132, and for the first time in weeks, DVDA 5.2 is able to render a Blu-ray project. DVDA 5.0b is also still working.

See my post expressing my frustration here:
http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?ForumID=22&MessageID=778264

I'm not ready to declare victory yet, but I am encouraged. Will continue to test. And also, thanks for the tip about build 133!

Thanks

I note that the release notes are still dated Sept 2010, but the text is slightly different, as you have noted.
