DVDA Ram usage

I have been working on a "Family Video" project. Most of the files are scanned photographs. Each subject was compiled into an AVC file (1440X1920 8 MHz), some with audio and some without. The resulting collection is to be burned onto a BD 25.

My problem is with the DVDA (5.0) RAM usage. Maybe I have something set wrong.

Here's my problem:
When DVDA loads the ram usage is about 130Meg, As I add menues and files this grows to the point of hanging up the machine to the point where I have to reboot.

In my case the RAM usage with after 6 GB of files are loaded the ram usage reaches 1344 MB and the machine hangs. If I calculate the RAM needed for a 25 GB disk I would need 6 GB of RAM! I dont have the capacity on my ASUS P5K-E for more than 2 GB.

Im back! Due to an UNDERWHELMING response to my question, I will restate it:

How do I make a BD made up of many short AVC files.
These files are each a separate subject and must have a menu icon.
I have tried to do them individually, as a compilation, and also as one large file, it all ends up with the same problem.
The problem happens after about 17 to 20 titles, the machine goes into slow motion. (or hang)
Did I miss something in the manual or is there some limitation I'm hitting?

I am running a E6750 processor, XP Pro, and 2 GB of RAM.
