DVDA says not enough room in temp files folder but there's 260 Gb

I mainly do downloadable MP4s these days, but I'm trying to make a BluRay with DVDA 5.2

It reports that there are 260 Gb free in the selected folder, then after clicking Next it says there is not enough space for preparing the disc.

Any ideas how to get past this?

Thanks

In my search for a solution. I downloaded and installed DVDA 7.
This version got past the previous "space" error, but then halfway through the Render process it coughs up this error:
"An error occurred while preparing compilation.
File name :N/A
Status MUXComp: Validating error -
Cannot load the schema for the namespace http://tempun.org/Project Definition.xsd - could not find file F:\BR

Check the location of your temp files OPTIONS>PREFERENCES>BURNING and be sure they have plenty of space as well.

Thank you DMT3 - that fixed it. You are more helpful than the Help files!
