DVDA Subtitles to on-screen text in Vegas

I have a Subtitle stream in DVDA2 that I need to convert to on screen text in Vegas. My client wants a miniDV that has the text permanantly on the screen. Is there an easy/automated way to do this? besides copy and pasting?

Usually when you don't get an answer right away on this forum, it means no one knows how to do this.

Copy/ paste into the titler is the only way.

Why don't you play the dvd with the text and copy onto Mini DVD ?
