DVDA v3 vs DVD-Lab Pro

I currently own Vegas 5 and DVD-Lab Standard. I was considering upgrading to DVD-Lab Pro, but since DVDA v3 is out, I was wondering if any DVD-Lab users can comment on how well v3 competes with DVD-Lab.

The major differences I see at this point are:

DVD Lab Pro gives you access to low level operations - essential if you are going to get really fancy or write games; multiple VTS's, conditional expressions, DTS audio.

DVDA3 has multi-angle support, DLT (along with Macrovision, CSS).

DVDA3 of course has access to the various encoders, such as AC3 and MPEG-2.

I'm sure I've missed a few things on each side.
