Hello all,
I have spent many many many hours trying to figure this out, maybe someone will be able to help. Please see the list of events and my system specs below, I have a project I am trying to finish and it is driving me nutso...

1. Editied movie on Vegas four
2. Rendered as an AVI file
3. Imported into DVDA
4. Prepared file to burn
5. Went to burn file but DVDA does not see dvd burner drive

Note: Two weeks ago I burned a dvd with DVDA with no problems, Last week I installed a hard drive and DVDA is the only dvd authoring software that wont recognize the drive.

I have tried the following
1. Removed other dvd authoring software from my computer
2. Went to windows explore to check to see if windows sees the drive as a dvd-rw
3. reinstalled DVDA four times
4. Installed the latest firmware for the dvd burner

I have a Sony vaio
-756 mb ram
-80 gig hd
-newly installed 160 gig hd
-1.8ghz
-Pioneer DVR 103 dvd burner
-DVDA 1.0c
-Windows XP Home

Please help, I am at my wits end,
