DVDA2.0b ? Link-Most recent menu

Everytime I drop an MPEG2 DDA compatible file onto the WorkSpace or the Project Overview Window this message is displayed in green in the Project Overview Window directly underneath the "filmstrip" Icon for the MPEG file.

When I set up a chapters menu and play the individual chapters there's no sound.

Anyone else seeing this green message? Got a fix for this?

Never seen the green message you mention - so what does is say?

Also what Vegas template did you use for audio and video?

The message is: Link-Most recent menu

This shows up everytime an mpeg file is dropped on the menu/workspace or on the Project Overview window.

Using the same two templates...DVDA stream for DVD MPEG
and Stereo DVD for AC-3.

Very strange.

OK see what you mean by "green message" - it just points at the destination where your movie will return after playing - in this case to the 'most recent menu'.

You can change that on the 'media properties' tab where you see 'end action' - click the listbox for 'destination' and you see other options (depending on the number of menus/movies added.

Can't see what goes wrong with your audio - can you see it on the timeline?

rsp: That was it!. Had to drag the AC-3 file into the media timeline!
...also changed the green "link" message to "stop" and it dissappeared.

Thanks for your help
