DVDA2 and Premiere 6.5

My Vegas PC is in the shop as I'm upgrading it for Vegas 7 and HD ready. For the time being I'm using Adobe Premiere 6.5 on my Matrox RT 2500. I render the project as I normally would do and bring it into DVDA2. I'm able to set chapter points and the so forth. However after the project burns, the DVD does not play. Any ideas? When I export from Premiere should I export it as an avi ot adobe mpeg encorder?

There are lots of reasons why a DVD might not play. Where are you testing? On you computer? If so, do ou have a software player like WinDVD or PowerDVD?

What type of media are you using? Some standalone players will not play +R but will play -R, some (older ones) won't even play -R.

If you put the DVD back into your burner, does Windows file explorer let you view the file contents (that is, can you see a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder)?

DVDA can handle DV AVI files quite easily and encode them - you'll be less likely to have problems (in terms of getting the right MPEG settings) by letting DVDA handle the MPEG encoding, IMO.
