DVDA3 Studio will not see my external Burner

I completed my editing and prep for the burn. The burn stage shows my on board writer (not DL capable) and ISO Image Writer only not my external LaCie writer (DL capable). What have I missed?

Nothing. DVDA is very finicky about recognizing certain burners. Use ISO writer and then burn the ISO image with Nero.
