Use the MPEG-2 encoder with the DVD Architect Widescreen video template.
Use the Dolby Pro AC-3 encoder with the DVD template.

Thanks. I assume you mean the NTSC Widescreen template?
I do not see where you choose the Dolby Pro encoder. Thanks for the direction.

Dolby Pro encoder is not available in the Studio product.

If you choose render to filetype as .AC3 one of the options is Dolby Digital Pro. Then choose the Stereo DVD template.

Once you bring the separate video (MPG) file into DVDA, it'll find the .AC3 file (they'll have the same filename).

All DVDPrep does is render the video and audio streams as separate files - .MPG and .AC3.

edit: Works on Vegas Pro 10.0d on WinXP-32bit here.

No, I mean the DVD Architect (if you are in North America).
