DVDs compared with MiniDVDs (DVD on CD)

I am about to take "one giant step" into full DVD creation.

One useful thing I have been able to do with MiniDVDs is include Documents such as Manual Pages on the CD which are viewable or printable from a menu page at the click of a button.

I realise this can't be done when viewing DVDs on set-top boxes with TV, but how about when viewing on DVDRom on PC?

Yes, you can do exactly that. In fact many studio releases contain DVD-ROM supplements. A great thing about DVD is that it's *always* a DVD-ROM too, unlike CD which can be any number of flavors.
