I have been playing with the trial version and really really like it. I am trying to decide between Sony Screenblast 3.0 and Cyberlink Powerdirector 3.
I have a Mediacenter PC and I need to be able to take recored TV in DVR-MS format convert it, edit out commercials then burn to DVD.
Will Screenblast 3.0 recognize DVR-MS files and import them for editing?
I also want to be able to cut scenes from a dvd movie. Willit import .VOB files from a DVD (or a decripted vob saved on the harddrive) for editing. with Powerdirector I get video but no sound.
One final question is how does Screenblast handle the rendering process? Powerdirector is pretty efficient, I tried other programs that took forever to render the video. I have not been able to try it out on the trial version that I am using.
Thank you,
Scott
