DVX100 Sound Synch Issue

Apparently, progressive recording introduces a 3 frame delay on the DVX100. 60i has a 2 frame delay.

Does VV offer a simple way, perferably during capture to say advance the video 0-3 frames?

There is no way to resync automatically. FYI we are seeing ~1 frame, not 3, barely notcieable.
