Edit help movie studio palt-HD 10

Any help is Appreciated !

I,m Obviously still learning , so i,m using Vegas Movie Studio HD-Plat 10.0
i have a Section of my Video i would like to Block out i tried Cookie Cutter -FX
however i could not get Any shapes to Go wide enough.

i need it to be ruffly 1.5 inches wide and .3 inches tall it can be a black bar
a distorted clear anything to make some numbers unreadable .

please Advise Thank you matt.

I would just use a black bar image on a transparent background on the track above the video. Easy to create in any photo editor.

There are other ways too, including the generated media in Vegas, with track motion and / or pan / crop.
