You mean make them run faster or slower? Incredibly simple and easy. Hold the Ctrl key down while you drag the right edge of the clip out to the right to slow it down or in to the left to speed it up. You can cnage the speed from 1/4x to 4x this way.

You can also right-click on the clip, go to "properties", then change the playback rate.

If you change it to 2, it doubles, the speed, 3 triples, etc., and 4 is the maximum.

If you change it to 0.5, it is slower, and 0.25 is the slowest it can get.
