Yes but .. that puts the text so that you need to turn your head *sideways* to read it ;-)
I think they want horizontal letters, but vertical words.
To do that just put each letter on a seperate line. You also need to use the CENTER JUSTIFY option (not Left or Right Justify) because most computer fonts are proportional .. each letter does not take up the same amount of space. Thus a 'skinny' letter like a "l" (lower case L) takes up less space than a "A" and will (if left justified) be *much* further to the left than the rest of the letters.
Once you type your word(s) use the PLACEMENT tab to position your wording. You can use multiple layers of text if one does not do the job.
Of course if you are comfortable with Photoshop you can make a still image with a transparent background (gif or png) and many vertical words.
Thanks, I messed around and got it to work that way, but was hoping of an easier and more effective way to try and put vertical words on my screen.
I might also try and do something on Photoshop.
FYI - We are creating a graduation video for our seniors. In one section of the video we morph their kindergarten picture into their senior picture, on one side(vertically) we put their name and the other side we put the college they are going to attend.
