In the Make DVD sequence make sure you use "Prepare current project" rather than "Use previously prepared project".

The latter will re-use the previous version

Start by telling us what version of DVD Architect you're using. There's DVD Architect 1.0, DVD Architect 2.0, DVD Architect 3.0, DVD Architect Studio 2.0, and DVD Architect Studio 3.0.

You must be using Studio. In DVD Architect, you simply click on Make DVD and then you get the choices.

DVD Architect 3.0

OK I found this:

"Prepare current project" rather than "Use previously prepared project".

Everytime I edit and tell it to prepare the current project I get an error when reording. It says it can't determain the problem.

But When i recreate the same project it burns fine. Any reason why??

Thank Guys.

The first time that you 'prepare' the DVD, you have the option to browse for a location to save the work. The next time you hit 'prepare' for that project, the "Prepare to folder" will be the same, and the Smart Prepare is defaulted on.

If you use the temp folder for the initial prepare, you won't see the Smart Prepare option on subsequent 'prepares'.
