I have such effects at the end of my video here: http://vimeo.com/403396
I had to do these by hand. There is no drag-n-drop plugin that will let you do all that, you have to play with the 3D workspace and the pan and crop tool to accomplish it.

Unfortunately I have been told that the Studio version does not have the 3D work space.

You can do it with Vegas Pro. Here is a link to something I did entirely within Vegas.

If I understand what you are trying to do, there is BluffTitler effect that might work for you. If you go to Blufftitler.com and go to the Gallery and then to Filter Effects, there is an example of "Stack of Photos" that might be what you want. You would have to purchase the software to be able to download and use the effet but BluffTitler is well worth the cost. I end up sing it for lots of things.

Eugenia and Terry...I enjoyed watching your videos. The picture frames flying is a neat technique. Eugenia, your camera shots very good, crisp video. Thank you for sharing them.

Mike,
I use Bluff Titler too, but I never took a look at the 'stack of photos' in the filter effects. That actually looks like what you want. Thanks to
Chris for pointing that out. Sure beats the time it took me to build the flying frames one. (But it is different).
