EDL Export from vegas 9.0e

Hello guys , need some help with edl.
I export a simple edl as i am getting nuts, realy i can't understand why i dont see the timecode in the proper timecode format in the edl Vegas exports.
I am trying to make a template to import .srt Subs through edl in vegas and i am so close but this formating kills everything.

what i get is
"ID";"Track";"StartTime";
1; 1; 1000.0000;

Instead of normaly something like
1; 1; 10:00:00:00;

Can someone explain to me what i am missing? or place a simple bitmap in the timeline , export edl and check the formation?

Thanks in Advance

EDL export from Vegas is a joke - it's broken.

I have never gotten a proper EDL from Vegas to import into anything that can read a proper EDL. Best bet is to export as an AAF - and that will be hit or miss. When I import an AAF from Vegas into Edius - it causes Edius to crash BIG TIME - the only time I've ever seen Edius 5.x crash.

Good luck in your efforts.

I know it works from scripting menu as export edl.
Try that as the save as from the save menu gives that strange
behavior..
I wonder why its like this.
