EDL.txt files

Hi
Can anyone help me with the secrets about EDL.txt files?
I tried to open a CMX3600 EDL with 25 editnumbers. And it
opened allright but the events was in 6 tracks and was 3-4
frames out off sync.
Any response will help.thanx

My experience with Vegas' ability to read CMX files is that
it interprets all CMX files as if they were 30fps.
