Effects added to takes

Once an effect has been added to an audio clip it produces a 'take' of the newly added effect. But I cannot find any reference to what effect has been added. It doesn't seem to be listed anywhere or am I missing something obvious.

It applies the effect and creates a new file with that effect. There is no effect added to the clip anymore - just a modified clip - so no effect would be listed.

If you add the effect to the track header, you can see it but it won't create an additional take (and you may wish to add an additional track to use when adding the effect).

You could name the take upon creation to reflect which effect you added to it. Otherwise, there is NO effect on that clip - simply an effect was previously applied to it.
